I've been a Birkenstock fan for years, and I have several pairs. When I received these Arizona's with the shearling as a gift, I was squeeling with delight! They are so soft and comfortable. They have classic Birkenstock arch support and comfort. The fit is also true to Birkenstocks. I always wear a 40 narrow and these are spot on.They are super cute and I love wearing them around the house, as I need good support right now because of plantar fasciitis in my feet. Happy feet, happy me!Length is as advertised, as is width. Comfortable to walk in with the underside of the straps and the foot base in fuzzy fur. I may have to add some holes to the straps at some point if they stretch much more because I'm in the tightest configuration at the moment. A minor issue.Birkenstocks have a very good name attached to them. In the 90s they were almost indestructible. I have had these shoes for four days and this is what has occurred. The glue that is used for the for interior lining is exposed a long the straps. I see that the return policy is if The shoes have been worn it’s only a 50% return. It just seems for the money and Birkenstocks reputation these should have held up way better in four days. I find this extremely Bad form. A product with such a reputation should stand behind what it produces. I want to return the shoes but for 50% refund after paying for return costs it seems bewildering. Very disheartened I would like to have a response to know how to go forward.The fit and the form of the shoe is as I remember from the 90s, amazing!really enjoy wearing these and they provide great arch support, however the fuzzy liner on soles of feet under the toes are wearing/worn away in spots and I've only worn them a few months.update: Originally gave 3 stars, upgraded to 4stars. The fuzzy liners wear away almost instantly, but I did go back and purchase a second pair of them and constantly wear them all over the house, tough to beat the arch support provided for at home use.Comfy and cute but the lining of fur by the heel gets pushed forward after awhile of wearing them and exposes bright tape.Shoes are super comfy. All was good but i was a little disappointed in the packaging. The box the shoes came in was basically in shreds so i felt like i had to inspect the shoes ultra carefully.I loved the shoe. It is so comfy and cozy. I have back issues and Birkenstock’s have been the only shoe that doesn’t cause me back pain. I love them!If you love your Birkirs; there is no way you can’t LOVE these!! So cozy. Cute with it without socks. Looks great with leggings, jeans, whatever.Great value and really comfortableThe sandals work perfectly and fit as expected. Because the sandals are plush, I wouldn’t recommend socks, even if your socks are good. I tried liner socks, thick socks and crew socks none are comfortable with the sandals. My house has a lot of hardwood floors and these sandals make my floors feel like clean, carpet floors. Only downside, is that the sandals will turn the bottom of your feet black. I will provide more updates as time goes by, but hopefully the foot stains are just a part of breaking in~
